On the way back to Phoenix I had a dummy light come on for ABS/ESP. Casey and I stopped and checked it out and nothing. I was all pissed that I had to go to the dealer to fix it.
So this morning I deprogrammed the superchips and then I remembered that it has the diagnostic code section. I checked it out and it turns out that the light was on because my steering wheel was not centered. So I got out my 15mm socket and wrench and recentered the steering wheel. I cleared the code on the superchips. I drove it a few miles (to wash off the red mud) and it all cleared.
I did not think of that to start with because my steering wheel has been off for a long time, but it never bothered me or triggered a dummy light.
