So theres suppose to be a Meteor shower occuring today through out the weekend.. Anyone happen to know any good spots that you can drive too with high elevation away from the city lights?
I dont mind driving an hour or so away from Glendale if it happens to be a good spot to view them

Could always drive up to the top look-out area. Also, Black Canyon City may be an option.

5 miles north of black canyon city is the bumblebee exit if you get off there and head west 3 or 4 miles you should have a great view. Elevation is about 2700ft and you should be far enough from the city lights to have a great view!!!

You can its a nice dirt road once it turns to dirt about 1/2 mile down on the left there is a parking area I would make a left there and head down that road about 1/2 mile. Should be a good view from there
