I was told by a body shop guy "don't worry, it's only metal, I can put it back, grind it down, paint it to match, and nobody will even know you butchered it up"

Superchips or procal. I'm waiting to order the flashpaq so turn mine off. Need more funds though.

Has any one heard of a problem with the jk locking one front break making the jeep pull you to one side and making it so that the rest of the breaks will not work, this happened to a coworkers wife today and she ran into a light pole I guess it jacked her jk up

You will need to air up the tires to 32 or 35PSI, look at the sticker on the door jam, I believe it has the pressure there. Also after you get the right pressure in it you will have to drive it a little bit for the TPMS to turn out the light, I think it states up to 15 minutes Let me know if it worked out for ya.

I've never heard of a JK doing this, but a sticking piston in a caliper will lock up and I have had that but thats usually in a older vehicle thats all corroded and water has gotten in or absorbed into the brake fluid/system. On another note to people, these JK's have a bunch of different brake systems built into it and you can turn it off. You will have firmer brakes and off road you won't have the brake system trying to react for you, or counter your intended actions (it almost shot me over a ledge). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqfP7TONwSw
