Remember there is such thing as too much light. If you blast everything so much it can wash out all color and contrast.

Another thing I found is that it is nice to have lights that you can move out to 45 degrees or so off the centerline of the jeep. It really helps when you are making turns in the dark.

Capone's HIDs do cover a nice distance, but so do Dan's LEDs.

I won't be there, I have to work. But Factor will be. He has 2 7" HIDs from Checker. Chek them out.

Bob, I have had PiAA 540's (fog and driving), Hella Black Magic (driving) , Hella FF75 (drive), ProComp 130 Watt (driving), HIDx 7" and 4" on my various offroad rigs and forgetting costs the best performer in what I have experienced are HIDx! The difference between 4" and 7" I couldn't tell, as both put out great light. The size is just what fits in your application.

The HIDx lights have great distance, great width across that distance, and the cooler color is a good addition to the 'yellow' of your headlights.

The only light I have not seen/used but have been intruiged by are Light Force Hids. Some great companies run with them so they must be good.

You wont regret the HIDx and add the great price to it (1/2 what other HIDs run).
It's a win win and they'll wire up in 10 minutes...I wouldn't steer you wrong
Hella on windshield and HIDx 4" on bumper
