I'm going to see how "mandatory" the Friday morning session is...the core of our kickoff meetings are on Wed/Thurs.

 

Also, for the Colorado front rangers...time the departure so that you avoid hitting Summit County until >6pm on the return trip on Sunday. Ski traffic will be gnarly between 2-6pm, guaranteed.

I'm 80% committed. My boss said that I have to be in the office till AT LEAST noon on Friday. I've got a co-pilot (Regan, my buddy who did Spring Creek with A-Sq and SGMRock).

Where are you thinking of reservations? Looks like the Best Western is right in the heart of downtown with 2 queens for $70.
