Wow,

Bayfield? Hell I am practically a plank owner in that town. Well not really, I am not that old, but I did live there from 1972 until I graduated from high school in 1987. I am old enough to remember the KOA camp ground where the grocery (shur-vaule?) store now sets. And I do remember when they built the old high school (now the middle school) and the Pine River Valley Bank, which is now a DMV/liquor store?. The wife and I are planning to come up there next month to look around and see what has changed in my home town. Send me a PM maybe we can get together and talk about wheeling, JKs, and stuff.

I now live in Rio Rancho New Mexico, so any NM folks that what to wheel send me a PM. In case you missed it, I did a New Mexico JK owners run a while back, here are the links to the pictures.

Nice pix! I think that first one is the trail to Forest Lake. Right? And the next is the squeeze on Hell's and the rest in Moab too. Maybe. I live really close (Draper) so whenever you are up for a trail, lets go!!!

Is that the forest lake trail? I've been up that trail a bit but have never finished it. What's it like?

Nice work on the watercolor pic!

Well, Im not sure if his pic is actually the forest lake trail, but it does look close. The forest lake trail is one of my favorites! I have taken four wheeler's up to the lake and that is cool but taking the jeep is just awesome too! Who is up for a wheelin this Saturday the 21st?? Anybody?? Is Forest Lake trail open? I imagine A.F. Canyon is but beyond Tibble Fork I wonder.........

It is not the forest lake trail this pic was taken at hole in the Rock. But the forest lake trail is awsome to wheel it is only about 3 miles from where I live so I am up there all the time.
