Every few days I've been checking on Craigslist for a descent priced used Warn winch. I didn't realize that they are collector items. Do these ever come up at a good price and I keep missing them or do people think that if you throw something off a cliff and pick it up 3 years later that it is some how worth more?

Is there a good deal to be found locally?
Maybe my head is on wrong and I'm looking deals in the face and not jumping on them when I should?

why buy a warn when you can get a new superwinch epi 9.0 for 500 shipped? It beat out the warn in the winches in hell test done by 4wheeler magazine i think it was. look it up it is a great winch.

 

I have the main body of a Warn M8000... no controls or solenoid... if you want to try to get it working you can have it...

eh, the controls and solenoid it's missing cost 1/2 of what a new one does... and it needs a new cable... I got it for free and can't get it to work... if NTXJK wants to jack with it cool cause otherwise it was getting dropped off in the alley for someone to snag
