Ya i told some1 we eat at this grave site, they were in SHOCK we did that. then i told them he died in 1885 and we ate 20ft away. then they thought it wasnt so bad...i think?

What a great time we had. With every run it just gets better. I want to thank everyone for coming and contributing. I hope everyone had a great time, I know I did! For those who couldn't make it enjoy the pictures. This is what it's all about. Hope to see some of you on the next run.

Great pics as usual John! Thanks Brenda, and thanks too all who have come out. It was a great time. Nothing like cooking near a grave huh. Oh and a shout out to Mr. Bradshaw and his family. Thanks for keeping the land open so us jeepers can get some more history out on the trail!

Reet and I had a great time... Mr and Mrs. Capone thanks for bringing the great Brauts, John and Brenda for cooking'em up, Mike for bringing the charcoal and Reet for the entertainment - loved the Hornet dance honey!!! She's still jumpin around...

What a great bunch of people we have here - thank you all for a great time....

Cant wait for the next one...

I just wanted to thank everyone for the great trip and cookout. My family and I had a great time. I am still waiting to see the pictures my wife took and I will post them when I can.

I also was a bit lazy and did not check out the history of the trail/grave before we went out. But now I have read a few articles about it and here is a link to the most descriptive one:
