Default Whats up with using the back button?

Example...checking threads and want to go back one page...all I get is tons of double click add pages?

I have this problem once in awhile with Samsung s3. Usually have to fully. Lose app and reopen and it clears up never had that on. My iPhone 4,4s or 5 . (Mobile)

Its a IE10 issue that's was fixed using a MS download..

Not just IE10... same issue with the forum here using IE9. Logged in. Windows 7 Pro 64-bit on 32-bit IE 9.
