E'r'ebuddy ok? It just wailed on us here in Dulles. Heard reports of tornados near Leesburg...

 

Tornado just touched down on hghway 29 near Columbia

 

We had a watch here in SOMD. The base was moving all aircraft into hangars and securing what couldn't be moved indoors. We had a bout 2 minutes of rain.

Across the way at my house it seemed to get pretty windy and lots of rain but we made out ok.



Looks like more is on the way...

Here I sit in my basement with my wife, cat, and my dog. Tornado was spotted just east of us. It's starting to get really nasty outside of our house, no wind, but wicked thunder & lightning.

No Yuengling down here :( but I've got some left over Miller Lite and a pack of smokes.

Hopefully all we see is some rain. Hope the rest of you are out of it by now.

It's now getting very wicked out.

 

Safe and sound here. Thunderstorms straight for about 5 hours and a tornado warning until 1 am. We didn't really even get heavy winds.
