How was Bald Mountain and Big Levels? I've heard they're fairly easy. Any coordinates on entrance/ exit points? I'm a solid 2 hours south of you.

The trails are stock friendly to a point. The terrain is ok but the foliage is getting tight. You will get rubbing on both sides at the same time in many a spot (3/4's of the trail). If you have a softtop and like it I suggest removing the rear side windows. You will get light pin stripes in them. Possible heavy also. At the same time, light limb dragging across the roof.

Other than that, It's a good little run. I have done this run twice now, both from the Coal road side going up the mountain. and ending on the Parkway side. there are a couple of alternate/side trails also. I have yet to do them.

If you right click on the red bubble. it will give you a cord. How accurate... You got me. If need be, I can try and grab them outta my GPS.

Hope it helps.

Thank you Bill, that looks like it'll work great. I'm "relatively" stock......2.5", 33's, and only 140k miles of experience with the setup. I do like my windows quite a bit so thank you for the tip there. It may be a good idea to bring some loppers and help maintain the trail, we'll see.

Yeah man. you will be fine with your set up. As for the loppers... I had thought of them from a previous trip up there. That said, you would be stopped and cutting a lot (depends on the person I guess). Also there is not a lot of pull off space or places for traffic to get by. But would be a good idea I guess..

This is from the first trip up there a little over a month ago. The signage was for my info.

I copied what i said on another forum

"Call me Bill, or what ever you want. I'll answer to anything. Sounds like you all had a good time minus the rain and blown tire. Sunday was nice.

I ran the trail kinda fast thinking I might catch up to y'all cause I was late (dumb idea) . That said... After today's clean up. both sides of the Jeep are now pin striped.. both rear soft windows look AWESOME (Not hiding them scratches anymore). and have a small chip in the face of a wheel. It's all good though, just a matter of time before it happened. Kinda surprised it hadn't happened already. No one to blame but myself. "

Middle peninsula jeep association is putting it on, I think the actual event is taking place just north of Williamsburg at one of the shopping centers in the area. I'm not sure on the name.
