No it isn't, this crossing is usually a foot or so deep, not like in the pictures. It was unseasonably warm last March when these pics were taken and towards the top of the mountain still over a foot of snow. A fun time indeed...

I went with my brother who just bought an old 4-runner. I showed him why a jeep is better.
I was able to make it up a couple hills he couldn't. Good time though and trails where in great shape even after the rain. We will plan another camping trip soon.
