No problems, there is also a big hole in this crossing, see my friend in the XJ on 35s in the next pic.

I think is be a little scared to put my jeep through that. At least until I got a snorkel installed. Shoe creek isnt normally that deep is it?

No it isn't, this crossing is usually a foot or so deep, not like in the pictures. It was unseasonably warm last March when these pics were taken and towards the top of the mountain still over a foot of snow. A fun time indeed...

I was not able to camp but did still make it out for a ride. Wife had a family emergency and left for PA, and i stayed back because our one dog can't travel.
I went with my brother who just bought an old 4-runner. I showed him why a jeep is better. I was able to make it up a couple hills he couldn't. Good time though and trails where in great shape even after the rain. We will plan another camping trip soon.
