Hey I talked to a couple of Leo's and they said if the fender is wider than 3" you need lights and you don't need fenders at all as long as your jeep is under 40,000 lbs VA doesn't require fenders. I just ordered the smittybilt fenders so I'm hoping I'll be good. Hope this helps a little. On a S.N. i had some time to kill so I did a little flexing this morning across from work

So sounds like no PITA rules on fenders and tires in VA?!
Anyone heard otherwise (from law enforcement / inspection stations)?

Not trying to say that info is incorrect, but to me that says if your tires stick out more than 3 inches they need some sort of marker light. I emailed a cop that I know down here to get a little more insight. I will post what he says.

Hey guys I have some RC fixed front LCA's that came with my 3.5" lift and a pair of the mirrors that go in the door hinge when the doors are off for sale . If anyone is interested let me know

Yea sorry bro I just emptied it. They are the Olympic side mirrors. They are the rubicon black style.

Installed my Smittybilt XRC fenders today before the rain. For half the price of other steel fenders I think they look great
