Easy, yes. But i think the Ace sliders look like ass unless they are mated to a set of... Rubi rails. That brings me right back where I started. Plus, I want to weld them myself..[/QUOTE]

I here ya looking into buying a tubing bender to weld up a pair myself

If you other needs for a tube bender go for it.. otherwise, there are numerous vendors who make the kits for converting the Rubi rails.. All are around $200 bucks for a two door.. so if you there is no need for the tube bender going forward, might be less expensive to just buy the kit. Or if you're going to spend the money, you could just buy a set of SRC Side Armor.

I think Evan does these as well. 516-384-5349. If he does, his prices will probably be the best.

There are two or three shops on LI that are well trusted and recommended.. Evan is in Western Suffolk is probably at the top of the list when it comes to our needs..

Well, if anyone with a two door is looking to add Rubi Rails, but can't locate a set.. The JKU rails will work just fine.

Cut about 19" off the back end of each rail and mounted them with no problem. Chopped the pinch seem to match the rails length.

Everything lines perfect.. Next up, Poison Spyder Rico Steps!!
