Default any flooding from rain last night....I had some.

Sorry for double posting...I put this in the stock forum as well. But thought i should put here too as it's local...

So we had some major rain here in NY last night. This morning i find the passenger side is flooded with about 1/2-1in of water in the tub.

I pulled the plugs, and it drained for the most part.

Do I have to worry about the electrical connections under the carpet below the seats? I did drive the jeep this morning, not thinking.

Could this be an issue? Should I be wary of using it later to get home?

Thanks
-Evan

No worries. The only wires under there are up against the seat cushion.

Welcome to the club...

I have soft uppers so in addition to the 'regular' leaks, I have a shower coming in from there as well...

I only drained 3/4" of water out, but in fairness my windows aren't in...

I've been slacking on picking a locale....

It's suppose to be nice this weekend, does anyone have an objection to a meetup Sunday evening?

Irritating, but I guess it's a Jeep thing. Ain't that's what they say?

I freaking HATE that! hello? Rain gutter? Anyone? why does this even happen anyway? it's not like the soft top isn't mounted to a rigid frame, the roof doesn't collapse when you open the door. I don't know.
