Took advantage of the beautiful day today, and finally got my gf to go topless (giggity) and doorless together! Needless to say, she loved it, and now wants to get halfdoors for the summer playtime. She got the mod bug! Now to get a set of flat fenders...

I cannot believe it is still there. I remember getting totally jazzed when my parents would take us there. It's been awhile, for me about 40 years. Damn I'm getting old.

Open air is a blast!!

I took the half doors off yesterday, and put the full doors back on.. I think I am going to have the halfies painted. Black looks rugged, but painted body color will be much cleaner.

Good lord, what was I thinking...

I took the half doors off yesterday and put the full doors on.. primarily to see if I want to paint the halfies body color, which I think I do.. but I left the full doors on and it's a friggin perfect spring day!! Ugh..

I may leave the full doors in my office for the ride home!!!

The man in brown dropped off my hi-lift yesterday, anyone here have any personal experience with mounting one inside the Jeep? I've read tons of threads but just figured I'd ask here too for input. I put the soft top on this past weekend and can't wait to get out to the beach soon.

NP.
Two additional tips: wrap it in a towel if your carpets are removed to avoid scratching the heck out of the floor, and 2) if you go off road keep in mind that you may not always want to (if in water) or be able to (if against a tree or rock) open a rear door to access the jack, so plan ahead.

I mount mine on the bull bar when I'm off roading (sometimes, other times I'm lazy)
