I really wouldn't know if inspection would fail. I'd assume so but you'd have to ask *******.

I kinda figured that would be the general approach to this.
Works for me. i.e. Less work for me.

Thanks

Do you plan on doing any 4 wheeling? I'm trying to get a beach permit for Robert Moses Beach, but not sure how to get it done.

if you have not already don't mod your jeep east hills does not do any warranty work to modified jeeps. they are total a assholes in that place. i had it out with them for weeks. i bought 2 jeeps from them 2. and their mechanics are morons. i used to be a mechanic and those guys are idiots.

LI Crew ..... I am thinking of adding a lift ... can you tell me where I can have it done? Is there a shop in LI or Westchester that does mods?

There are a few around who do lifts. The Truck Shop in West Sayville, and another in that area of Suffolk. I've never used them. People have VERY strong opinions (google them). But I know a small shop, private one man show. He's very good. Very reasonable, and a real off-roading guy. He's in Bay Shore. Evan's 4x4. Not listed anywhere. If you're interested, I can PM you his number. I don't think I am allowed to post it.

Is anyone interested in a swapping fenders>> My black painted '08 Sahara Unlimited 2dr for the unpainted black plastic?

Or, is there a decent writeup on how to remove and/or bed line or paint the fenders??
