went out onto the beach today, noticed a "whistling noise" when i accelerate to about 2100RPMs. i have no idea what it is. anyone?

I've been negligent on getting my county beach permit... Maybe this weekend. Still have last year's on the bumper.

While on the way back from the beach today spotted a two door Rescue Green JK, with 35s on it. Was on the LIE around 7:30 ish, I was in the Silver, it was heading Eastbound, I was going West. Is it anyones rig at all?
