Lots of mud came out of mine, and I HATE going through mud...I can only imagine on yours. What I did was leave the hub and sensor connected together when mine broke. Since your shaft's ears weren't broken and still in one piece, you can unbolt the stub shaft from the hub (the 36mm one) a tad then simply unbolt the 3 13mm 6pt bolts from the hub and use a slide hammer so the entire assembly comes out as a whole (unit bearing, rotor, and shaft) comes out as one piece.

I'm telling you, carry spare parts, you just never know. Why I'm going higher on the rear of the JK. All the tools and parts have weighed it down a bit. She's sagging.

I followed the instructions MOPAR TechConnect had... In hindsight I would have left the sensor in and disconnected the plug (or just left it if there was enough slack)

I hear you on the spare parts.. this break sucked for me and it was at home, couldnt imagine it happening a few hundred miles from home.

As much as I like the wave, I'm going to say that she was a prowling cougar and wanted you like a glass of pinot grigio.

Matt, did you get the all in one package from Quadratec for the cb/antenna? Is the antenna a Firestik (ie. is it tunable)?
