Thanks for the compliments everyone. I got them done at Al's Hubcaps in Mineola. The shop is not much to look at, but he does all types of rim repair and installations. He charged me $115/wheel no tax. I called places all over the Island and the cheapest I found was $85 at a place in Bay Shore, but I had to bring just the rim to them and then have my tires mounted and balanced elsewhere. I was also quoted $1000 for 4 rims at another place, so I felt for the quality work Al's does, paying $115 was fair.

Anyone wanna buy my stock 16" rims on the 225/75r16 tires. 4 of the tires have 7000 miles on them and the 5th has 0. rims are a little scratched, all 5 still have the tpms sensors in them. ill pm pics if anyone is interested.

Sorry, I forgot to answer that one. I dropped my Jeep off on Saturday afternoon and it was ready Monday night. They only need 24 hours so I just left my JK there, which was a benefit that they stored it there. Other places I called couldn't accomodate that request.

Rims look nice, but $575 strikes me as a lot for blackout treatment. I guess for a street rim only that won't get scratched up it's ok. for the trails I might consider a rattle can approach for the same look. touch ups would be easier.

$575 is kind of a lot considering I paid $400 for 5 steel rims shipped to my door.
But I am the last one who should be preaching about spending stupid money on their jeep.
