im not a fan of the new headlights. i mean i like how they give off more light. but i think they look ugly. like older headlights. i like the stock ones, clear lenses. Gonna put 2 lightforces on my bumper to solve my light problem
how do you do your toe in by yourself?

after much conversation & research I'm not going w/those lights either. I am going to do Cibie from Stern with adaptors & stock wattage bulbs. I can upgrade the harness in the future if I want higher power bulbs. but based on what I know & have learned, it's the reflector housing that's most important, so I'm going with the best one out: the Cibies.
hopefully we can do a side by side comparo. I just need to find the male H13 connectors & order them. I have the femal H4s already.

Brendan, you can check toe-in using a slide ruler. It's the wooden, foldable rulers that have a slide at the end of them to check measurements down to a 1/16". It's not a laser machine or any of that, but the suspension setup on these JKs are easy to work with. Measure from the lip on the rim on the front, and back, to get measurements from the same point. Beats $80+ at an alignment shop.
About the headlights, they give a better light output that stock, what matters, plus a better housing. From the pics anyways...If they aren't up to par, they can be easily sold here on the forum. I wanted to go the Cibie route too, Edwin (another member on here with a 2DR Rubi) has them and they look GREAT! But, with the harness, bulbs, and housings, price came in around $300, double the IPF price.
Here are the storage pics from the ammo cans:
The first can holds the AEV jack base, Hi-Lift jack base, OEM jack, 3 d-rings, 2 snatch blocks, 2 tree savers, gloves, and one snatch strap. Not bad for one can!

Hey Drew how did you end up selling it? Newsday/craigslist?
Brendan, that came out great, I picked the rustolium up a while back when I chopped Joeys rubi rails for him, I want to do the same treatment under my JK.
Dimitri, can you supply a list of the part numbers for the spare mopar parts you carry. I'd like to pick some stuff up like some fender clips, u-joints, and anything else small enough to carry that has a tendency to brake. I already picked up a crap mopar air filter to throw in for the trail (I destroyed my K&N after the last trip, even cleaning it didn't help).
