just successfully performed a rear driveshaft dust boot transplant! Thanks, Joey2times for being a donor.

Now I dont' feel so bad about ordering a Woods front DS. Just saved $450 on the rear! :~D

I almost cant believe you managed to tear the rear boot... mine is still like perfect.

I read somewhere that they have different rates, the 2dr is softer.
Basically I want a softer rear sway.. but I still want to run one.

I tore my rear boot, well actually, broke the clamp, on the very first time I was off road! I went over a dirt mound and scraped it as I went over. I replaced the clamp, and then tore the boot on this manuever:

Adam, you disassembled the shaft's joint for it? Any write-up?

I'm uploading pics as we speak. What I did was easy! I removed the rear half of the rear shaft and simply slid it out of the front half which remained bolted to the t-case. I cleaned everything up, regreased it, slid the boot off the old shaft then onto the new before sliding it back together. viola!
