IFS alone wasn't the issue. plenty of capable trucks have it (including H1). it was the design of this one that led to low ground clearance.
but my kids & I enjoyed it. partly cause it exceeded EVERYONE'S expectations. trailguides would tell us to take by-passes & we wouldn't. later we were the talk of the Jamboree. my sons loved that. in fact, my 9 year old is still pissed @ me for selling it for just another Rubicon! (at least it's orange!)

Well the trip to the dealer sucked.
They didn't even look at the truck until 4pm Friday and didn't call me until almost 6pm. Only to tell me that they need more time to fix anything.
Warranty expired sept 30th, engine light was due to a dying battery and this cost me a half hours labor. Grrrrrrr
we went to pick up the truck today and the battery was really dead, so o had to grab the yellow top from my xterra temporarily and swapped it in with a pair of vice grips and an adjustable wrench. That sucked!!

So looks like I'm on my own to fix everything now. Doh!!
