i was out to eat with my girlfriend in Hicksville. Its only one scratch about 12 inches long on the front passenger door, not as bad as yours. That sucks.

well after spending a few hours on the web, I have decided line-x'ing is not a good idea.
so i am now in between either matte black vinyl wrap, and just getting it fixed.

I already emailed a company in Deer Park for a quote... but am wondering if Rambo is interested in doing it

LoL they suck that bad huh.. I actually found an article in Hot Rod Magazine... they charged $3,500 to do an old Impala, and the installer specifically said that wrapping the vehicle will not hide the scratches 3M's ControlTac film conforms to the vehicle so well that it literally sits in the scratches and they show.

Im going to get an estimate to get it fixed.. I dont want the guys that usually do my body work to do it because their paint seems to be pretty brittle EDIT: chips easily. Im thinking Higbie Collision in W. Islip. unless anyone knows anyone that does good work.. id rather the scratches than a shitty non matching paint job that I spent money on, the scratches were free.
