just curious of what other hobbies fellow long islanders have that they spend their $ on..

For me, I basically eat, drink and spend $ on the Jeep. no drugs, no video games, no sports, no gym membership etc. (yes im a fat ass)

I guess I do spend $ on R/C's, but Im actually looking to sell all of them except one.

Please report back here how that one holds up for you. Are you gonna get the synthetic line on that? I think there's a package deal for that for under $500. I'd go that route for 1) weight and 2) safety.

As for hobbies:
This keeps me busy and in debt:

As does skiing, home improvements, AND RAISING KIDS!!!

hahahahah thats brutal...
I am glad no one has the RC trip from me being bone stock and getting high centered on that first big hillup...

I was teetering for a few mins like umm... all four tires spinning in the air hahahahaha

once I got the two 240+lbs footballers out of my truck (and after I had them lift up the front bumper so the rear tires touch, I made it on my second try....

I forget who it was but someone's wife was part of the jk group with us and I was about to bail and go around and she yells "ohh dont be a pussy" sure enough... VARROOMMM CLANK!

hahahaha we had a good laugh though.
