When are you leaving and where are you staying? I think there will be 5 in our party. My Wife and 3 kids.

We are not in charge of the accomodations, those are up to you. A few people had the foresight to double & triple book rooms. Damn, i wish i would have thought of that, I'da booked a half dozen myself to insure people could get one.
That being said, I have no idea if the hotels are booked or not. Give 'em a call and see, if you do, make sure to mention Rausch Creek as it will give you a HUGE discount on the $$ (at least at Comfort Inn it will)
If they are booked up, you can probably find a room in the area. There are tons within a short commute. But do so ASAP because there are a lot of happenings that weekend.

I am going to this specifically so the better half can get her toes dirty.
Probably bunny trails for me on saturday, but i want to peak her interest in this, she has never driven offroad.

If anyone has any rooms please let me know , the only rooms I can find are at the Hampton in for $189 / night (and I mentioned the event)no discount. Can't do that much ... I guess I got in too late. I have all the waivers... I need one room (Double Occupancy)
