Ok, I talked to Bruce from Rausch Creek!

The pricing for the park will be there standard rates. We can't get special pricing because of numerous reasons which he told me, and he really can't give special pricing to anyone, so it's not just us. Each passenger over 16 y/o will have to be a member (insurance and other reasons). Most of this has to deal with the outrageous costs of there insurance.

The event will include a free T-shirt, and a free dinner. Most likely free Pizza and Pop, (hey it's free), on Saturday night after the wheeling, we will also have the raffle on Saturday shortly falling dinner. Also remember the raffle is free, each registered vehicle will get 1 ticket to win raffle prizes. So sorry about not getting better pricing for you, but the free Shirt, Raffle, and Food more than makes up for the cost to wheel.

Is there a deadline on committing to this thing, or is it something that we can download and fill out the waiver/membership forms and pretty much meet y'all up there?

I'm trying to round up some Southwest Virginia folk to make the trek. Nothing gets done very fast around here!

Really want to try and make it up, but schedule and money may permit for some of us.

So far, i will be arriving sometime maybe around dinnerish time on Friday, will be there all day Saturday & Saturday night.

Sunday is the problem, i dunno when i will have to bail out on Sunday. hopefully i can stay and go on some trails, but choreographing babysitters for 4 kids is a pita.
