It is Colombus Day weekend, so I already have that monday off, but I am trying to talk the boss into letting me have Friday off so i dont have to show up at 11pm.

If anyone has any problems getting time off, just tell them it is the Canadian Thanksgiving. That will get you off for sure.

I am lucky enough to have a schedule that gives me 3 day weekends every other week and this event just happens to fall on one of those weekends.
