Every UFC or big boxing pay per view my brother comes over and we grill every kind of animal you can think of, wrapped in bacon of course!

Fired up the grill for the first time this week. Monday it was boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated with olive oil, white balsamic, garlic, rosemary, and salt/pepper. Turned out GREAT. Last night it was a couple of ribeyes with this marinade my girlfriend's mother does. Not sure what all is in it, but I know it's got Worcestershire and Old Bay. It's really not bad, especially for a guy like me who thinks it's sacrilegious to season steak with anything but salt/pepper.

Grillin over a palletwood fire in an old air compressor tank. Making it happen anywhere we can. Sure beats the hell out of the alternative.
