No pics, didn't think about it. Had a garden salad from my garden and BBQ's T-Bone steaks about 1 1/4+" thick grilled at 600 degF. Steaks were very simple, fresh ground peppers and salt. X grill marks both sides and so tender I left the knife alone after the 1st cut.

Garden salad extraordinaire! So good I could have made that dinner. WOOHOO!

Tried the old Murder Chicken or Beer in a Can Chicken, whichever you prefer. This turned out to be a family favorite.

Yeah, I told my wife the same thing. It is a funny looking bird. The taste is something everyone should experience.

Poterhouse with homemade jerk marinade. Side was a green papaya salad with cilantro, mint, and bell peppers.

Nicely marbled ribeye salted, peppered, and grilled with au poive. I load the outside stip of fat and the middle chunk with extra salt to make it extra nice. Sautéed baby bella mushrooms and onions on the side. Wash it down with an J Lohr Cab.
