I just saw this thread.

Meat loaf tonight!

1 lb pork
2 lb beef
onion, green pepper, mushrooms, S&P.

Topped with bacon

Apple wood smoke.

And I haven't had lunch!

Cornell chicken. I will have to say this is the best thing that has come off my grill to date. I would like to think I have made some decent meals in the past. If you haven't made this, try it soon. My wife and I were absolutely amazed at how good it tasted.








It took lots of attention, but was well worth it.

I will be trying the cilantro chicken tomorrow night, I think. I'll check what the misses has planned. Thanks again for the classic and guidance. It turned out much better than anticipated.

The cilantro recipe is waiting to be tested a few nights from now. I decided to go with the BBQ recipe suggested by Shoup. Turned out very good. Marinated over night...Well worth the wait.
