On a family camping trip I do sausage and scrambled eggs in the morning. It is a one pan deal. Brown the sausage then pour in the eggs and serve on tortillas. Rest of the time hot dogs and smores with chips and cookies.

If I am backpacking or just myself or longer trips I do freeze dried (just add boiling water) food.

This is what we always take camping. It's quite the operation when we get all of our friends and family out at once. On one of our trips our list included 50 lbs of patatoes! We usual stay at least three nights out when we go. It's so much fun and the food is always awesome and tastes better somehow out in the sticks.

Breakfast=fried eggs, fried taters, bacon, sausage, cowboy toast & coffee.

Lunch=hot dogs or sandwiches & chips.

Dinner=hamburgers & homemade beans.

Drinks=water,soda,coffee,juice&milk

Desserts & snacks=chocolate chip cookie banana s'mores, Fred Meyer pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, red vines, beef jerky, chips, & nuts.
