Default replacing a valve stem

Can anyone point me indication in the right direction for replacing a valve stem on my tire? 08' JK Unlimited 4dr with stock wheels and new 33" Duratracs. Can it be done with the tire on, or does the tire need to be removed?

go to discount tire and tell them and its free or if you do it yourself you need to compact(break from bead) the spot where the stem is at and replace. Kinda hard to do alone.

If the TPMS are no lomger in the rim, this is the easy way.

Also keep the kit in the Jeep with extra valve stems incase you tear one off on the trail.
