lug nut locks
well second time this year i have had a McGard lug nut key fail for a cone type lock nut
seems they strip inside where the key protrudes when it is in the surface of the lock nut
leaving the tiny pieces of the key in the lock nut shredded of the key. no longer going to use that type of lock if any for now.
what an after dinner job that was welding nuts on to the end of lug nuts cooling them then welding the inside and cooling them fast so that the nut doesn't just round off.
will search out another solution perhaps just using a lock nut when i need to use them
overnights jeep left alone
nights in big cities

Scott I would be more concerned that they are going to take the frdge, TV, Computer, GPS, Air Compressor, Screens, Wireless winch controller, Couch, Patio set, BBQ, every tool known to man, Hi lift, tree saver, pull pal, Jerry cans, wife, and children that you carry in your Jeep
Personally I would just put the locking one on your spare.....if you put a cable lcok on you KNOW it will be rusted and full of mud when we have to swap a tire...
