Jeep’s Super Bowl Commercial Forecasts Global Domination

If there was any doubt about Jeep’s plan for the Renegade, the brand’s “Beautiful Lands” Super Bowl commercial certainly cleared it up.

The 90-second spot depicts the new Renegade traversing the globe, from the U.S. to places like Italy, Brazil, China, Spain, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Thailand, India, and the United Arab Emirates, all set to the thoroughly American tune “This Land Is Your Land.”

Created in partnership with the Dallas-based agency, The Richards Group, the commercial was filmed in more than 10 countries around the world, in 40-plus locations, and included traveling approximately 73,777 miles around the world.

The spot has already gotten more than 3.5 million views on YouTube. While most of the reviews have been fairly positive, it has also gotten some negative feedback saying that the campaign is unpatriotic.
