Most kids start dreaming of owning their first Wrangler long before they can even drive. So to be surprised with one for your 16th birthday, and then have it stolen, has to be one of the worst feelings in the world.

That’s exactly what happened to a boy in Tulsa, Oklahoma after his parents surprised him with the Jeep at school, according to a Fox 23 news report.

“It was the Jeep that we chose and worked hard for and decorated it up and took it up to the school. He came out of band and there it was sitting in front of him and all his friends,” said the teen’s mother, Tracey Volak.

The thief reportedly broke in through the side door between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. on Friday night. The family has filed a report with the Tulsa police in hopes of getting the Jeep returned back home. So if you happen to see a Jeep with a Jenks security tag on the driver’s side windshield, call (918) 596-9328.
