Jeep has been hit with another recall in what now has become a standard mode of operation in the automobile industry. The latest one involves an occupant restraint control module that could short-circuit in the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
If you own a 2011 to 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you might be getting a notice from the Chrysler Group to drive that baby to the dealership for a minor fix.
If you’ve been antsy waiting for word of when those fixes for fuel tanks might be ready for those recalled 1993-98 Jeep Grand Cherokees and 2002-07 Jeep Libertys, good news: the Chrysler Group has begun manufacturing the trailer hitch assemblies designed to protect the fuel tanks, and plans to get them to dealerships by late summer.
