Brian’s Motorsports is in perpetual motion. Each week, Brian Hayes and his squad are customizing and flipping anywhere from five to ten Jeep Wranglers. But Hayes’ recent project featured in PasMag isn’t just another fish in the school of product flowing through the shop. This bright, brutish rolling accessory is named Sgt. Steele, and it’s an ode to the military men and women who fight for our country and our freedom.

“I named the Jeep Sgt. Steele to pay respect to military people and soldiers everywhere,” Hayes said. “They don’t get enough credit for the time they spend away from their families.”

The Sgt. Steele is a rolling showroom piece that is capable of just about anything. One of the key components to the theme was armoring the Jeep with the help of Smittybilt’s XRC armory, as you can see from the fact that there aren’t any doors on the thing. Most of the other upgrades on this Jeep focused on getting it ready to go anywhere, but BMS also added an Injen cold air intake to the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and put on a Rough Country exhaust loop and a MagnaFlow stainless cat-back exhaust.

The off-road setup is a mouthful. Sgt. Steele has a Rough Country 6-inch long arm upgrade kit and a 1.25-inch lift. It also uses Fox resevoir shocks, a Fox steering stabilizer, Steinjager quick disconnect sway bar endlinks, and a G2 rear axle truss. That’s all standing on a Forgiato Veraso-T wheels, a Willwood brake kit, and 40-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires. And that’s not mentioning any of the custom-built exterior. Hit up PasMag for the rest of the laundry list of upgrades, then let us know what you think!
