Eibach Sends Forum Member RC3’s Wrangler to SEMA
JK-Forum was well-represented at this month’s SEMA Show. Today we get to feature one of our members who had their Wrangler in the show with Eibach: Rod Cole, aka RC3. We were lucky enough to chat with Rod about his Jeep and his first time as an exhibiting owner.
Eibach put out a call on our forums for a Jeep JK Wrangler to bring out to the SEMA Show to show off their new All Terrain Lift Kit, designed to raise the Jeep JK up without sacrificing the ride quality. This kit is complete as it comes with Eibach Lift Springs that are matched with Pro-Truck Shocks, Adjustable Front Track Bar with relocation bracket, Goodridge extended stainless steel brake lines, and adjustable Sway-Bar End Links. Per the requirements of Eibach, Rod sent in an email with pictures of his JK and a description. A little while later, Rod got a call for an interview. Eibach said they’d be in touch if his Jeep was chosen.
Rod got the call back and he handed Eibach his JK. Soon, the parts started flowing in from Poison Spyder, General Tire, and K&N.
Rod is a fairly new member, but his experience off-road goes a long way back, as he has owned other Jeeps in the past. “Well, I tell you,” Rod said when we asked him about getting chosen by Eibach for SEMA, “When he first called me, I was pretty jazzed. [I was] in the Jeep when I got the call, and Mark (from Eibach) was on speaker phone. I was pretty excited. Being involved with Eibach and SEMA is a big deal.”
This is the first time Rod has been in SEMA as an exhibiting owner, and judging from his excitement and the quality of his rig, we don’t think it will be the last. Congratulations, Rod, on your first SEMA experience. We look forward to seeing more.
