Matt Farah Finally One Takes a Lifted Jeep Cherokee XJ

“We’ve done rally cars, we’ve done racecars, but now it’s time to get dirty in the mud!” That, if you’re asking us, is how all videos should start. Thanks to The Smoking Tire, who recently went to the FIRM in Florida, we finally have a “One Take” video — where Matt Farah takes out a fan’s car as they sit shotgun — that doesn’t feature a tuned Focus, Mustang, Mazda3, or Subaru, but rather an off-road Jeep.

While at the FIRM, Farah took a lifted Jeep Cherokee XJ on the company’s off-road course and got it dirty. According to Farah, “It’s lifted, has winches, and all sorts of good stuff.” The video goes on to show that they’re going to go into the woods, and expecting to maybe get stuck, so they bring their boots and gloves with them.

This should be an interesting take on the “One Take” format; it’s definitely the first time Matt’s done one of these with a car that hasn’t been tuned to within an inch of its life.
