Well, someone has decided to take that idea a little further, if you’re up for an adventure of a different kind. JeepFreeks is a website for anyone on the hunt for the kind of Jeep company you might have trouble finding at your local meet.

According to the site, JeepFreeks is a community “to meet those who like mud in their Jeep, wind in their hair, a cooler in the backseat, and an awesome adventure.”

The site allows interested parties to search a database of Jeep owners. It includes personal profiles as well as photos of members and their Jeeps. It also features a couple of success stories from people drawn together through their mutual love for Jeeps.

JeepFreeks even has its own tagline: “Couples Who Jeep Together, Keep Together.” There’s also a “Rig of the Week” profile section, because what’s a Jeep site without some kind of reoccurring Jeep feature?

As odd as it might seem to folks outside of the Jeep community, the site really shouldn’t come as a big surprise, considering that practically every other large, diehard group of like-minded individuals has a mutual meeting spot online.
