Jeep #1 Vehicle Brand on Facebook in the United States
Every time you turn around, there seems to be something else popping up that highlights the ever-growing popularity of Jeep.
The latest is a report indicating that among all the vehicle brands in the world, Jeep ranks as number one on Facebook in the U.S., when it comes to fans. The official FB fan count is at 2.5 million Americans, with more than 4.6 million people liking the page, according to an AutoGuide report pulled from stats compiled by a group called Socialbakers.
Ford, which has the second highest number of fans for a car company, is at 2.4 million. The other top car names in the report are the Chevrolet Camaro with 2.3 million fans, Mercedes-Benz at 2.1 million, and the Chevrolet brand with 1.7 million.
According to the auto news source, the average automaker in the U.S. has 787,074 Facebook likes, which puts Jeep in a completely different space when it comes to the world of social media.
It’s just one more sign that no vehicle brand in the world is more popular than Jeep.
