New Jersey Jeep Crash Bewilders Authorities

Believe or not, there’s a bright side to this photo of a mangled Jeep, crushed between a pole and a fence. And nope, it’s not that the headlights and one rear tire might be salvageable.

The shining light in this Wrangler catastrophe is that the driver was able to walk away from the scene.

Well, that appears to be the case at first glance. But we don’t really know, considering the Jeep was left abandoned on a Jersey City road, according to a NJ.com report. Police say when they arrived on the scene, there was no one around. But the keys were still in the Wrangler.

Of course, another theory could be that the driver had to be taken to the hospital and has just managed to stay under the police radar.

Regardless, the accident did cause local commuters some obvious pain when the road was closed for about 90 minutes so that authorities could remove the Jeep.
