Floyd Mayweather’s Burned $100K Jeep Being Replaced
In case you hadn’t heard, Floyd Mayweather’s custom Wrangler — which we featured here recently — went up in flames, along with a few other rides from the boxer’s personal car collection.
But please take it easy, folks, before you go rushing to any premature conclusions.
Mayweather’s vehicles caught on fire while being transported to Miami, according to a TMZ report. It’s not clear what actually started the fire, but we’re certainly not going to start fueling any wild speculations here.
What’s important is that no one was hurt and Mayweather’s custom car team, the Auto Firm, is already busy cooking up another replacement Jeep that’s expected to be better than the first creation.
That said, it won’t be cheap. Apparently, the Jeep that burned in the fire cost $100,000, which probably is as much as one of the luxury sports cars in Mayweather’s collection. Then again, maybe not. One of his recent car purchases was a rare $4.8 million Koenigsegg.
