Custom Gladiator Rubicon Ready to Punish Any Trail in Sight
Built by BMS Off-Road, white-and-red Gladiator Rubicon comes with custom interior, big sound system, and a pair of trail bikes.
It was just over a week ago we were making the rounds of the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Everywhere we went at the Las Vegas Convention Center, there was at least one cool-ass Jeep parked nearby. We just wish we could go back to last week to relive those memories again.
Luckily, we have lots of memories to share with you. Here’s a magnificent Gladiator Rubicon hanging out at the booth of Tennessee’s BMS Off-Road, and it’s not alone, either.
Perched atop the Gladiator are a pair of So Cal Flyer bikes from SE Bikes of Long Beach, California. Each of the bikes roll upon a pair of wheels made by another California company, Forgiato, and have custom touches like colored chains, and branded foam guards on the frame.
Out back, the Gladiator boasts a boomin’ sound system by Kicker Audio, with big speakers meant for marine applications. All we can say is everyone will know where the party is out on the trail with this setup.
Inside the Gladiator’s cab, BMS applied red decals between the two air vents on the passenger-side dash insert, bringing out the subliminal Jeep grill to the surface. The stock floor mats were replaced by the company’s own all-weather mats, and the red leather seats from Olea Leather feature custom diamond-print stitching. This is one swanky home away from the trail, for sure.
The party continues on the outside of the Gladiator, where each corner is fitted with a full set of red BMS wheels. Each one is wrapped in 40-inch Toyo M/Ts, and both pieces are tied together with custom gloss black beadlock plate.
From there, the wheels and the body are linked together through a 6.5-inch lift kit, with each axle using a set of Yukon Gear & Axle gears for a better driving experience off- and on-road. The whole thing is then capped off with a custom steel bumper, featuring an LED light bar, and a built-in winch.
This Gladiator is one hell of a build, and just one of the many Jeep builds SEMA draws to Vegas every year.
