Cummins Powered Jeep J20 Is a Beauty

Here’s a beauty that’ll likely have Jeep fans yearning even more for a new pick-up. I know it certainly has me coming up with reasons why I absolutely need one in my garage.

It seems, however, that landing this gorgeous Cummins-powered J20 took a lot more effort than casually scouring eBay. Mitchell Zimmerman, who owns the Jeep, actually came across the J20 while working to restore a Comanche, according to the full report in FourWheeler.

The J20, which already had been modified with a ‘92 Dodge 2500 Cummins pickup frame, seemed like the perfect trade up for Zimmerman.

The Pennsylvania native then decided to have the 5.9-liter engine rebuilt using a BD Power Fuel Pin, Dynomite Diesel 150HP Stage 3 55LPM injector set, and a BD Power Super B Turbocharger.

Inside, the J20 received new black carpet, a set of Wagoneer power seats reupholstered in black vinyl, and a complete instrument gauge swap.
