Check This Insane Wrangler Rubicon From The 2020 SEMA Builder Showcase

When your Jeep Rubicon is so beefy, even 37s look a little small.

SEMA may be online only this year with the new SEMA360 show, but that didn’t stop them from collecting the coolest cars on earth. The 2020 SEMA Builder Showcase is home to all the unbelievable builds we’ve come to expect from the aftermarket showcase. We wasted a few hours worked hard to dig through the list of entries in the showcase and found one of the most menacing Jeep Rubicon Wranglers we’ve seen in a long time.

Check it out below.

Built by Collin Mikottis, this 2017 Wrangler Rubicon looks ready to eat entire mountains. With the aggressive fenders, bumpers, and rock sliders from Fab Fours, it’s almost hard to notice the 3-in lift. What isn’t hard to notice is the wheel and tire setup. This build was partnered with Atturo Tires, so we have 37” Trail Blade Boss rubber wrapped around some 17×9 Ultra Xtreme 103 Beadlock wheels. For the upgrades that are harder to see in pictures we have 5.13 gears front and back from Yukon Gear and Axle, front axles from RCV, rear axles from Nitro, and it’s all finished off with a rear locker from ARB.

To keep handling in check, we have major steering and suspension upgrades. Falcon 3.3 adjustable shocks sit in the corners to keep the rubber against the earth, and we have new tie-rods, drag links, and sway bar end links from Steer Smarts to keep everything under control. Collin also stuffed a PSC Big Bore hydro steering assist system into this Rubicon for good measure.

We have a nice set of photos here for your eyeballs to enjoy, but if you are more into moving pictures, Atturo Tires posted the video above. This is the official video for the entry in the 2020 Builder Showcase. Sadly, we don’t get to hear the sound of the engine as this Rubicon tears up a trail, but we do get a good long look at all the little details that make this Jeep stand out from the crowd. Just make sure your speaker volume is turned down a little.

The music choice is not for everyone, and it gets real loud right around the 1-minute mark. We’re going to keep digging into all the news from the 2020 SEMA360 show, so be sure to keep it locked on JK-Forums so you catch all the updates.
