Default Which tire deflator to get?

Seen plenty of deflators on the market and sorta wonder which is the best. Using my key and a tire gauge sucks. God forbid if it's cold outside. Last time I went to URE here in NC a guy in a great 4 door Rubi on 37's let me borrow is ARB deflator with a gauge. The one that pulls the valve stem out. Awsome tool. Seen the Staun Deflators and they seem cool as well. Only been wheeling a few very addictive times. Took the wife and kids and I had to take her mini van to the dealer and bought her a 4 door JK for Mothers Day. So that makes 8 tires to deflate. I'm at the beach often and got air down alot. What is the forum opinion on the best deflator for around $40 bucks or so?

Thanks Forum People,
Jeff

here is a whole thread on tire deflators

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-off-road-101-97/tire-deflators-12433/

and here is a good comparison of some deflators

http://ww w.parksoffroad.com/prodreview/deflatortest/deflatormain.htm

I've only used my $10 Sun Performance Quick Air Deflators that I bought from 4 wheel parts b/c thats the only ones that they had in stock at the time. They are awesome considering I dont use them very often. I have heard lots of great things about the stauns and a variety of others.

Staun hands down. Inserts and walk away. No need to be there continuously checking the PSI down on your knees. Set it...and FORGET IT!!!!

I personally love the ARB tire deflator because you can set the tire pressure at what you want to run for the day or trail you are going to run.

X100 on the Stauns!

They may be a little more expensive than what you wanted to spend, but are worth it in the long run...

Me to, gotta love the stauns, I've got four ofem set at 20 psi and two (trailer) set at 15 psi

Like Suffock said "setem and forgetem"

Now, you can leave em on for a while, even drive for a while, but you shouldn't leaveem on very long
