Question Arb locker question

I have an 07 2DR JK (Wrangler) with 4.10 gears and superior chromoly axle shafts and am purchasing an ARB locker for the front. I was looking at the specs on the ARB site and saw a part number RD100 for 3.73 and up and 27 spline with a note that lead me another section showing a part number of RD104 for 30 splne.

Can anyone tell me what I need?

Also, I am getting the larger air compressor (CKMA12) and am wondering if there is room to mount it under the hood. If not, where would be the best spot?

Thanks

Rd 100 is what you need. And there is bracket available now to mount it under the hood. Give me a call if you have any questions.

i have the bigger ARB compressor and this is what i did.....

i built this out of 4 X 4 X 1/4 aluminum angle iron (or is it angle aluminum?).

mounted it in with the master cylinder...had to trim it a little from what you see above so that it wouldnt interfere with the steering.

then mounted the compressor.....

i dont have nothing wired up yet, but it looks like its gonna work...

I was inspired by STUPIDFACE's handiwork so I went and did the same thing -- STUPIDFACE, you should make a "write-up" thread for this since it's an easy/cheap alternative to the $70+ off-the-shelf option. Wired/plumbed mine and it all works. It does vibrate the brake assembly (and pedal) when the compressor runs, but I don't think it's harmful. (pls. forgive the dirty engine bay...)
