Well today i was at Rausch Creek and trying to get out of Lake Christe in the ice. I was going up the hill and slid back, my tire hit a rock and Snapped my Front Axle Housing in Half! My Dana 44! Has this happened to anybody else? Will/Should the dealer cover it under warranty?

they better, its a d44 and and you dont put "rubicon" on a jeep unless its worthy offroad.

Passenger side close to where the track bar attaches. It just spindled.

I almost had it towed there. But then decided to tow her home and call brenner and ask them first. If they say no i am calling Outten and hoping for the best!

I will get some pictures up when my buddy sends them to me. So far my Dealer BRENNER-CHRYSLER JEEP Laughed at me about the warranty. Said that it was impact damage that caused the break and said they would not stand behind it!

STAY AWAY FROM BRENNER CHRYSLER-JEEP! They have refused me on about every claim I have ever had!

So now she is on her way to Outten. I pray I have better luck with them!

sorry to hear about your ruby, brenner was my dealer too, looks like i'll b going to outten for all my needs from now on.
